Our Commitment
OrbisAI Labs Ltd (“OrbisAI”) is committed to conducting business ethically, lawfully, and with integrity. This Code of Conduct sets out the standards we hold ourselves to in how we operate, how we treat the people and organisations we work with, and how we handle the data entrusted to us. It applies to all personnel, including employees, contractors, and anyone acting on OrbisAI’s behalf.
1. Integrity and Lawful Conduct
We act honestly, fairly, and in good faith in all our dealings. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate, and we do not engage in or tolerate fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest behaviour.
2. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
We have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in any form. We do not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments or inducements, whether directly or through third parties, to obtain or retain business or any improper advantage.
3. Conflicts of Interest
We avoid situations where personal interests could improperly influence, or appear to influence, our business decisions. Actual or potential conflicts of interest are disclosed and managed appropriately.
4. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information belonging to our customers, partners, and the company. Confidential information is used only for legitimate business purposes and is protected against unauthorised access or disclosure.
5. Protection of Customer Information
We treat customer data as a responsibility, not just an asset. We handle personal and business data lawfully, securely, and only for the purposes for which it was provided, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard the information entrusted to us.
6. Responsible Use of AI
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to deliver intelligence and analytics. We use AI responsibly: as a decision-support tool subject to human oversight, with appropriate safeguards, transparency about where AI is used, and care to avoid misuse of customer data. We do not use AI to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
7. Fair Treatment and Non-Discrimination
We are committed to treating people with dignity and respect. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
8. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We comply with the laws and regulations applicable to our business, including those governing data protection, privacy, competition, and sanctions. We expect the same standards from the partners and suppliers we work with.
9. Reporting Concerns
We encourage anyone who becomes aware of conduct that may breach this Code, or applicable law, to raise it. Concerns can be reported in good faith to info@orbisai-labs.com. Reports are taken seriously, handled confidentially where possible, and OrbisAI does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
Review
This Code of Conduct is reviewed at least annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in our business, practices, or applicable law.
